Esther Graham, ACSR
Esther previously worked for Texas Windstorm Insurance Association for 8 years in the claims department before leaving after the birth of her second child in 1999. She came to Carter and Company in October of 2003. She is a commercial lines CSR with her Property & Casualty Solicitors License. Esther achieved her ACSR designation in 2004. She is married with two children.
Personal Lines Department
Anna Peck, ACSR
Anna has worked as a CSR in the Personal Lines Department off and on since July 1984 and currently has an Insurance Solicitors License. Prior to coming to work with us, she worked for 5 years in a credit union, where she was a teller and account clerk. Anna and her husband have two sons.
Donna K. Martin, ACSR
Donna has worked in Personal Lines since July 1995. Before that she served as our receptionist. She has been with the agency since April 1995. She has received the ACSR designation in Personal Lines and has obtained her Solicitor's License. Donna is married and has one son.
Sandra Salinas
Sandra joined Carter & Company in September 2013. She is bilingual and has 15 years of retail experience. She is working on her Personal Lines ACSR designation. Sandra is a life long resident of Luling and has 1 son, Victor.

Bernadette Moore
Bernadette has worked for our agency since May, 1977 as bookkeeper. Prior to this, she was employed in the bookkeeping dept. for an Austin insurance agency. Bernadette and her husband have two daughters, two granddaughters, and one grandson.
